Taylor Alexander is the founder of The Compass Moms, a platform dedicated to supporting and empowering women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the journey of motherhood. She is a licensed social worker, NLP practitioner, certified life coach, and is trained in perinatal mood disorders, with a strong focus on maternal mental health and supporting mothers during life’s most transformative seasons. Prior to her work in maternal wellness, Taylor spent over 10 years in Human Resources, where she developed a passion for leadership, communication, and helping others navigate major life transitions. Today, she combines her professional background with her clinical training to support mothers through education, resources, and community. Taylor’s work is deeply personal. After experiencing postpartum depression following the birth of her first child, she became committed to ensuring other mothers feel supported, understood, and never alone in their motherhood journey. As a mother herself, she is passionate about creating spaces where women can grow, heal, and thrive together.
